Manager X-394, who is controlled by the player, is the central protagonist throughout the course of Lobotomy Corporation. X sits in absolute safety, away from the events of the facility, while remotely monitoring the facility and giving out commands digitally and physically to both components and employees of the facility with the help of Angela. X is ultimately responsible for the fate and overall management of said facility, and the player will receive a game over if X fails to maintain control over the facilities and its subjects.
