- Equipment consists of a diverse amount of Weapons, Suits, and Gifts that are equipped and used by Agents to improve their combat abilities, resistances, and Stats in different ways. Most Equipment is made from extractions of the Abnormalities and are considered to be prototypes. These special pieces of gear are named E.G.O. (Extermination of Geometrical Organ). E.G.O. is divided intro three categories: E.G.O. Weapon, E.G.O. Suit and E.G.O. Gift. All the Equipment of an Abnormality is defined by a single or sometimes two names.
E.G.O. Equipment can be unlocked by spending PE Boxes of the respective Abnormality to add one unit of said gear, except Gifts which are obtained by a random chance upon finishing a work; but they need to reach a certain Observation Level to be available for purchase/unlock, and others might require special conditions to obtain them. The player can assign unlocked equipment to Agents in the Deployment Phase, by selecting the 'E.G.O. List'. Depending on the type of the gear, the stats and effects will vary. Some pieces of Equipment will need certain Requirements to be fulfilled before it can be equipped on certain Agents. For example, needing to have a Fortitude Level 2. Agents can only equip one Weapon and Suit at the same time. Different Gifts can be worn by the same Agent but they can't get the same Gift twice.
At the start of the game, the Agents will be equipped with default Equipment, the default Weapon, the 'Riot Stick' and the default Suit, named 'Suit'. Clerks always use a Pistol instead a Riot Stick, which only deals 1 Red Damage, or 2 once the 'Reinforce Work Education' research has been completed. Upon Murder Panic or in certain other cases, Agents will turn against the facility and their employees, using their equipment against them instead.
E.G.O. Weapons and Suits are saved when the day ends and when restarting from a checkpoint, and is shared between runs. However, if an Agent equipping an E.G.O. Equipment dies, their Weapon and Suit will be lost, removing one unit from the respective Abnormality's Equipment and having to obtain another again, which is applied when the day ends or when restarting from a checkpoint, but restarting the day will recover them again.
Both Weapons and Suits are defined by the Risk Classification/Grade, using the same Risk Level for Abnormalities, and the higher the level, the better the equipment.
Information[]
E.G.O. Weapon[]
The E.G.O. Weapons are equipment that changes the combat abilities of an Agent, being their Damage Type, Damage Value, Attack Speed, and Range. This equipment is used for suppressing other Abnormalities, Ordeals, Minions, Employees, etc. Usually Weapons are the last E.G.O. unlocked by Observation Levels, around Level 3 ~ 4. Some of them might have Special Abilities that produce different effects on the user, the attack target or others.
The Stats that this Equipment control are:
- Damage Type and Damage Value: The Damage Type classify which form of damage the weapon can deal against its target, which can be and depending of the target's defenses against that Damage Type, it might be more or less effective. The Damage Values determines in a range how much damage will be dealt to the target upon attack and hit, which will be a random number within the range. The output of the damage is affected by the Effectiveness, determined between the Level of the Attacker and the Attack Target (Explained further below).
- Attack Speed: The Attack Speed determine how fast they attack and the intervals of time that the Agent has to wait before being able to attack again. This is a shared stat with the Agent's own Attack Speed from their Justice stat. With a higher value, the Agent will perform the attack animation faster and have to wait less before being able to attack again.By default, there are 5 types of speed displayed in the Equipment: Very Fast, Fast, Normal, Slow, Very Slow.
- Range: There are 2 Types of Weapons; 'Melee' and 'Range' weapons. Melee Weapons are equipment that can only damage and perform attacks at close distance of the attack target, while Range Weapons are equipment, often guns or other elements that shoot projectiles at longer distances from its target while not requiring to be very close to attack. When trying to attack, the Agent will move and try to get in range of their respective attack target, attempting to hit it. Melee Weapons have an Attack Animation that leave the employees immobile while attacking, but following the direction of the target; however, if the target moves farther away of their range, the attack might miss. Range Weapons have Attack Animation as wells but they will always hit their target, as the 'projectiles' instantly hit the target. By default, there are 5 types of ranges displayed in the Equipment: (Range) Very Long, Long, (Melee) Medium, Short, Very Short.

E.G.O. Suit[]
The E.G.O. Suits are equipment that changes the defenses of an Agent, being their resistance against damage. All suits have usually a basic pattern that varies in color or extra clothing, like a coat, but almost all of them have ties or a form of tie. This equipment is to reduce the incoming damage from different sources that would inflict harm to the user. Usually Suits are the second E.G.O. to be unlocked by Observation Levels, around Level 2 ~ 4. Some of them might have Special Abilities that produce different effects on the user or others.
The Stats that this Equipment control are:
- Damage Defense/Resistance: The Damage Resistance is a multiplier that affect the incoming damage before being applied to target. This can control how much damage the user takes, with lower values meaning more resistance and higher values meaning being weaker. All the four Damage Types Resistances are in each Suit, and might varying between each other. The multiplier ranges are the next ones: Absorb (-2.0 ~ -0.1; That damage becomes healing instead), Immuned (0.0), Resistant (0.1 ~ 0.4), Endured (0.5 ~ 0.9), Normal (1.0), Weak (1.1 ~ 1.9), Vulnerable (2.0).
The output of the damage is affected by the Effectiveness, determined between the Level of the Attacker and the Attack Target (Explained further below). If the user has a Shield on effect, the damage is transformed to 0 after applying the defense changes and effectiveness, and in case the next damage breaks the shield, the excess will be dealt to the user.
E.G.O. Gift[]
The E.G.O. Gifts are equipment that can either improve or sometimes decrease the Stats of the Agent who wears it. Unlike the previous E.G.O. Equipment, E.G.O. Gifts are obtained by a chance when finishing a work with an Abnormality which has its respective Gift unlocked. Usually Gifts are the first E.G.O. to be unlocked by Observation Levels, around Level 2 ~ 4. Some of them might have Special Abilities that produce different effects on the user or others. They are permanent on the respective Agent and last for the respective run.
Multiple E.G.O. Gifts can be equipped to the same Agent, however, they cannot occupy the same Slot on that Agent or the newest Gift will replace the previous one. The Slots are: Hat, Helmet, Eye, Face, Mouth 1, Mouth 2, Cheek, Brooch, Neckwear, Left Back, Right Back, Hand 1, Hand 2 and Special.
By opening a side window while displaying the information of an Agent, the player can lock an E.G.O. Gift so that equipment cannot be replaced by new ones, which can only be toggled on and off on Agents Level 4 or higher; and also hide the E.G.O. Gift visually, but still have their effects activated, which can only be toggled on Agents Level 3 or higher. This can only be done during the Deployment Phase.
The stats that can be changed are HP, SP, Success Rate, Work Speed, Attack Speed, and Movement Speed. These increases/decreases are counted as 'Bonus' and don't affect the stat limit, which can increase them even further. They can increase the Level of their respective Stat in the moment they are equipped if their total value increase them to the next Stat Level, but they cannot decrease it.
Level/Risk Level[]
Each Weapon or Suit has it's own Risk Level, mostly represented by the corresponding Abnormality Risk Level, although this is not always the case. Like with Abnormalities, Levels go in order from lowest ( ZAYIN = 1) to highest ( ALEPH = 5). The Equipment's Level determines how 'effective' it is against the target, which is how much damage Agents will deal/take from other Abnormalities, Panicked/Possessed employees or other entities.
Weapon damage is calculated by the next formula: (Abnormality/Suit Level - Agent Weapon Level).
Suit damage reduction is calculated by: (Agent Suit Level - Abnormality/Weapon Level).
Depending of the number given after the calculation, that will give a percentage that multplies the damage taken/dealt, which increase or decrease it. Remember that this applies along the respective Damage Defense of that target. The percentages of damage dealt/taken according to result of calculation are:
4 = 40%; 3 = 60%; 2 = 70%; 1 = 80%; 0 = 100%; -1 = 100%; -2 = 120%; -3 = 150%; -4 = 200%.

For example, if an Agent wearing the Pentience Suit ( ZAYIN) is attacked by a TETH Abnormality, they will take 100% of the damage (1 - 2 = -1 = 100%), but if an Agent with the same armor is attacked by a WAW Abnormality, they will take 150% of the damage (1 - 4 = -3 = 150%), taking more damage than the original amount.
Default Equipment[]
Default Weapon: Standard Riot Stick[]
The Riot Stick is a ZAYIN melee weapon in the form of a bland riot stick. It is the default Weapon for all Agents who haven't an assigned E.G.O. Weapon. If somehow the Agent lose their current Weapon, the Agent will use the Riot Stick instead for the rest of the day.

Standard Uniform[]
The Default Suit is a ZAYIN gray business suit with a red tie and the basic set for the rest of suits. It is the default Suit for all Agents who haven't an assigned E.G.O. Suit.

Special Abilities Categories
Healing Abilities: Abilities that can either heal the HP and/or SP of the user or another target.
- Penitence: 5% of heal 10 SP on each attack. Needs Justice Level 2 or higher.
- In the Name of Love and Hate: If attacking an employee, the projectiles will heal their gauges respectively.
- Paradise Lost: Attacks recover HP and SP to the user, at the cost of being unable to be healed with the Regenerators.
- Mimicry: Recovers HP equal to 25% of the damage dealt.
- CENSORED: Heal for 40% of damage taken.
Defense Decreaser: Abilities that cause an attack target to take additional damage from a certain Damage Type.
Damage Increaser: Abilities that increase the damage output of the user.
- Crimson Scar: When the user's HP is below 50%, the damage output increases by +50%, but can do Friendly Damage (Can hit other employees).
- Cobalt Scar: Gains additional Red Damage for an amount of time when attacking. When the user's HP is below 50%, the damage output increases by +50%, but can do Friendly Damage.
- Gaze: Gains additional Red Damage temporarily an amount of time when attacking.
- Adoration and Pleasure: Gains additional Black Damage for an amount of time when attacking.
- Gold Rush: When attacking, has 10% of gaining +5 of Damage for 12 seconds.
- Sanguine Desire: When the user's Temperance Level is 2 or lower, the damage output is increased and each attack substract 4% of the user's SP.
- Harmony: When above 10% of HP, consumes HP to increase the damage of the weapon by +30%.
Dual: A weapon that is used in both hands, usually being two different copies on each hand. These do double attacks instead.
- Bear Paws and SO CUTE!!!: Gloves that perform double attacks.
- Crimson Scar: An axe and a pistol. Performs melee attacks and has a chance of performing a range attack instead.
- Solemn Lament: Two pistols that perform a double attack. Each one deal White or Black Damage respectively.
Multi Attack: Weapons that hit multiple times per swing.
- Cherry Blossoms: Attacks hit 3 times.
- Grinder Mk4: Attacks hit 6 times.
- Gaze: Attacks hit 10 times.
- Amrita: Attacks hit 3 times.
- Da Capo: Attacks hit 4 times.
- Gold Rush: Attacks hit 3 times.
- Justitia: Attacks hit 5 times.

- Twilight: Attacks hit 4 times, one for each damage type.
Special/Charged Attacks: Alternative attacks performed by certain weapons that often cause special effects or deal more damage.
- Paradise Lost: Can perform a Special Attack, dealing 200% damage, that also provides the user with a 100 damage RWBP shield, but requires WhiteNight in the facility to be performed.
- Mimicry: Can perform a Special Attack that deals 750% damage.
- Smile: Can perform a Special Attack that hits 7 times (the initial hit dealing extra damage) and slows all the enemies in the room.
- Moonlight: Can perform a Special Attack that deals damage and provides a Black Shield to all employees in the same room.
- CENSORED: Can perform a Special Attack that covers more range and hits 3 times.
Stat Booster: Abilities that increase the Stats of the user.
- Fragments from Somewhere: While attacking with Prudence Level 4 or lower, has a 10% of increasing the user's Max SP by +40% for 30 seconds.
- Smile: Upon depleting the HP of an attack target, the user gains extra Fortitude and Justice.
- Red Eyes: Increase the Movement Speed by +2.5 when the user's Fortitude Level is 2 or higher.
Slowing Abilities: Effects that decrease the Movement Speed of the target.
- Frost Splinter, Paradise Lost, Adoration: Attacks reduce the Movement Speed of the attack target for a short duration.
- Smile: Attacks reduce the Movement Speed of the attack target and the Special Attack reduce the Movement Speed of all the enemies in the room.
Handicaps: Effects that either harm or do drawbacks to the user, weakening its overall potential.
- Crimson Scar and Cobalt Scar: When the user has 50% or less HP, their damage increase but their attacks can damage nearby employees in the attack area.
- Screaming Wedge: While having Fortitude and Prudence at Level 2 or lower, each attack has 50% of decreasing the user's SP by 5.
- Paradise Lost: Unable to be healed by Regenerators.
- Gold Rush: Has 10% that upon attacking, reduce the user's Temperance by -50% for 120 seconds.
- Sanguine Desire: When attacking with Temperance Level 3 or lower, the damage is increased but attacking reduce the user's SP by 4%.
- Harmony: When above of 10% HP, each attack consumes HP to increase the damage of the weapon by +30%.
- Magic Bullet: Attacks will hit all targets in their path, including allies.

In the latter case, using an Agent with that E.G.O. Weapon requires supervision to don't Panic themselves during suppressions.

Strategy and Advice: Despite its relatively low listed damage value of 2-4 and Normal Attack Speed, Justitia is a powerful weapon worthy of its ALEPH classification. Each attack from Justitia hits multiple times, and it is one of only a few weapons capable of dealing Pale Damage, which many Abnormalities are susceptible to. As an ALEPH weapon, it also suffers no damage penalty against ALEPH-class Abnormalities, and deals additional damage against some lower-class Abnormalities. Its limited range can prove a liability against certain Abnormalities that are fast-moving, long-ranged, or dangerous in melee combat, however, and it is recommended to keep a close eye on the employee to use restorative or shielding Bullets and direct them to evade telegraphed attacks when dealing with such threats.

Strategy and Advice: This weapon is rated ALEPH instead of WAW, and while its listed damage isn't very high, it attacks very quickly, often hitting with combo attacks that deal high overall damage. Each attack has a 10% chance to double its attacking power. The windup of the attack is very fast, letting the wielder keep up with faster moving targets that other weapons would normally miss.
While it has great power, the extreme lack of range can put the wielder in danger of being attacked by their target. Pair with a highly resistant Suit or use shield bullets to give them longevity.
The Temperance loss after boosting damage is negligible in combat, but make sure to take note of it after combat has ended, as their working speed and success rate will be highly impaired.

Strategy and Advice: While CENSORED does not have a suit, its weapon essentially acts as a second Suit by healing off 40% of all damage taken, regardless of type. Pair with a less durable WAW class suit to boost their defenses, or give it to an employee with an ALEPH suit to give them maximum survivability.

Strategy and Advice: It's rare that an employee will walk across a corpse at a moment where the healing is useful, but this suit is the only way to clean up corpses. Corpses eaten by the suit can't be eaten by the Mountain Of Smiling Bodies, so it may be helpful to clean up to deny it its special abilities.

Strategy and Advice: Boasting some of the highest DPS in the game, Da Capo is a highly potent source of White damage that can feasibly handle most threats in the game. It is very useful for dealing with panicking Agents, though can have trouble against Wander or Sabotage panic types due to their increased movement speed.

Strategy and Advice: This suit is the only way in the game to gain immunity to a damage type. When combined with the Gift from the same Abnormality, the wearer will absorb White Damage, restoring their SP instead of draining it. This can be incredibly useful to help combat sources of very high White Damage, like The Firebird or the Violet Midnight's White Shrine.

Its blade is covered in black feathers and golden eyes (representing Big Bird). The hilt of the blade is made of golden metal, with a cross-guard consisting of white and black feathers (representing Judgement Bird) and chunks of flesh with teeth on them, which cover part of the blade (representing Punishing Bird). It is obtained when the Apocalypse Bird is defeated.

Additional: Every 60 seconds, can use a special attack where the wearer will leap forward and back and slash at a target (though for hitbox purposes the Agent stays in the same place). This attack deals 4 hits of each of the damage types, each hit dealing 40-60 damage, and a final slash that deals three hits of 20-30 damage, one Red, one White and one Black (There is meant to be a hit of 20-30 Pale damage as well, but it is bugged and does not work).

The wielder of this armament may also bring peace as they did."
Strategy and Advice: The highest damaging weapon in the game, with a brutal special attack that hits for incredible damage. This weapon deals damage of all types, meaning there will be no Abnormality or Ordeal that can truly resist its damage; it is always bound to hit with an effective damage type. If you have an employee that can meet the high bar for wielding it, use it as a general-purpose tool to suppress most threats.
Beware Abnormalities and Ordeals that can Absorb certain damage types. If their Absorb is high enough, you may end up healing the target more than you hurt it; try to avoid using Twilight on abnormalities like WhiteNight that resist most damage types and have a type they Absorb.

Additional: Weapon damage increases by 2% for every 1% of Max HP the user has lost, up to +100%. The Suit's damage does not damage panicking Agents unless they are designated as attack targets.

Strategy and Advice: This Suit, along with providing an excellent defensive profile, also augments the user's damage by providing a constant damage effect to all targets in the same room as the employee. This effect normally only deals 5 Black damage, but it can deal 5 of all types of damage simultaneously (a total of 20) if you have the corresponding Gift equipped for maximum damage.
Gift: Through Dark Twilight[]
The E.G.O. Gift Through Dark Twilight, Apocalypse Bird's Gift, is a Gift taking appearance of a black wing with eyes at the back of the agent, the same as Apocalypse Bird's, on the right of the agent (by employee view). All agents who survived the Apocalypse Bird's event will receive the Gift.

Additional: Attacks hit all targets in a room. Decrease target’s movement speed by 60% for 0.5 seconds on hit. For every enemy hit, recover 2-4 HP and SP.
When attacking 2-5 targets, damage decreases to 19-23 Pale damage. When attacking 6+ targets, damage decreases to 16-20 Pale damage.
Has a Special Attack that can be used if the corresponding Abnormality is currently within the facility. The user will perform a large swipe accompanied by a large visual effect that acts the same as a normal attack but deals 50-60 Pale damage. Additionally, on performing a special attack the user will gain a RWBP shield that blocks 100 damage.
Strategy and Advice: This weapon isn't as immediately damaging as Twilight and hits with only one damage type, but where it lacks the same raw power, it makes up for it in other ways; the extreme range, higher Attack Speed, and the ability to hit all targets in a given room with a powerful slow makes it outstanding against groups and singular threats alike. Pale Damage is not resisted by most Abnormalities and Ordeals, so it can hit most threats incredibly hard.
While WhiteNight is in the facility, this weapon gains access to a very powerful special attack that hits all targets in the same room, and then applies a shield to the user that blocks all damage types. When combined with the corresponding suit, this weapon provides unrivaled protection for its user.
Beware that employees that use this weapon cannot heal through regenerators; they can only heal through combat or abnormalities that heal, like Queen of Hatred or WhiteNight itself. Keep this in mind during the normal working phases of the day.

Strategy and Advice: This Suit provides the maximum amount of protection that an agent can possibly receive... so long as WhiteNight is in the facility. An employee who wears this suit and has the Gift will not only have an excellent x0.2 resistance to all types of damage, but will also absorb damage to heal the user if it goes below a certain threshold; which is often, thanks to the high resistances.
Even without WhiteNight's presence, however, the suit still provides great protection and should be equipped on the most powerful employees to keep them alive.
