"I am Angela, an AI. I am your assistant, your secretary, and someone to whom you can talk. I hope I can help make your time here a little more comfortable."
-Angela on the First DayAngela is a highly advanced Artificial Intelligence taking the form of a sky-blue haired, pale skinned woman whose eyes are rarely seen open except when she is angry. Her roles include surveillance of the entire facility (and thus alerting when an abnormality breaches or employee dies), giving X (the Player) advice on how to interact with abnormalities and handle breaches, and other unnamed multitasking jobs. Angela's skill at her job has probably caused many people to lose their job, according to what she says.
"Many people probably lost their job because of me. Too bad, so sad." -Angela
Angela was programmed and constructed over a non-specific time of "many years." According to her "All sorts of new algorithms and functions were created an a new history of AI was written" due to her creation. The thing that sets Angela apart from other Artificial Intelligence is her ability to "express emotions like most human beings." She describes her self as being the perfect partner.
"How can I explain in layman terms in order to make them understand?" -Angela
At the start of the game, Angela's personality has her happy and upbeat, saying things like "Good luck!" and giving the Player compliments such as "It means that you are doing good work." She still maintains this demeanor even with grotesque circumstances, such as when she pours a bottle of champagne to celebrate that the Player killed an employee for the first time.
"To employee, with proudness and a little bit of grief, toast!" -AngelaAfter about day six Angela's personality begins to become more and more negative. Especially after the Player's encounter with B.
It is revealed through her conversation with Chesed, that she feign pity for lost lives in the company.
After Day 35, she becomes less hostle to X, stating she no longer need to keep up her "Act".

|When X asks a question about if Angela would harm the company or X (the Player). Angela gets an angry expression and X finds out that Angela is lying to them about both kinds of harm.|
Angela guides X through some of the basic parts of management and talks to them at the beginning of each day. Angela reacts differently depending on what dialogue decisions the player chooses, such as choosing to "Save the Employee" causes her to gain a stern expression and reaction, while choosing to "Finish producing energy with Abnormality" causes her to be content with the response.
Although it says little about their relationship, it could be assume that Angela's creator, A, implemented all that an AI needed to become more like a 'human', so all of Angela's 'emotions', would be the same that A had or wanted in an assistant. Other than that, nothing is known.
Angela appears to have an extreme dislike of B, donning her angry expression when talking in-reference to them.

|B also gives X the "lie-detector" which reveals that Angela does lie to X. After the events of using the lie-detector, on day 18 B is cut off from the connection with X and on the next day Angela starts speaking about how people feared her because she was too smart.|
"But if you spot a mouse sneaking around our facility, notify me instantly." -Angela
